A Franklin County native and decorated U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Mr. Tolliver brings a blend of leadership, athletic experience, and community commitment to the fold.
Born and raised in Franklin County, Mr. Tolliver developed a lifelong passion for youth development and athletics from a young age, participating in recreational and school sports. After graduating in 2000, he embarked on a career in the United States Marine Corps, rising to the rank of Gunnery Sergeant before retiring.
“Coming back home to serve the community that helped shape me is an incredible honor. I have a personal mission to strengthen the foundation of our youth and families, with passion, leadership, fitness, and mentorship. I’m excited to build strong programs and community relationships that inspire confidence, discipline, and teamwork in and with everyone who supports and joins our programs."

Throughout his military career, Mr. Tolliver led with discipline and integrity, serving in key leadership roles including multiple deployments to Iraq, a year stationed in Japan, and nine months aboard the USS Bataan for classified operations in and around the Mediterranean. Upon retiring from the military to focus on his growing family, Mr. Tolliver continued to pursue his passion for coaching and mentoring youth. He served as a full-time sprint coach for Cave Spring High School’s track and field team, contributing to multiple individual state championships and qualifiers, while earning certifications in personal training and nutrition. His dedication extended beyond track & field as he worked with youth athletes across football, track, and lacrosse in a personal training capacity, while supporting veterans through his full time job.

Mr. Tolliver’s decision to develop and offer his own mentoring program reflects his deep-rooted desire to make a lasting, positive impact in his hometown; even if that means doing it alone.
